Dow was the loving husband of Mala and proud father of daughters Shanta (aka Shivana), Rishma and son Shane.
Famous for his superior culinary skills, Dow operated a successful business supplying Trinidadian foods to a large number of West Indian stores and restaurants and catering various events.
Dow was a generous, kind and loving soul and enjoyed life to the fullest. Beloved by his extended family and friends, his light continues to shine bright in all those blessed by his love and friendship.
