My deepest condolences to those whom loved this fantastic man. I just got wind of this news via the media last week. This news is sad beyond belief because an excellent man has fallen. Harmandeep and I worked together at CTC 10+ years ago. I worked with him in shipping and then he later became my Crew Leader in Pallet Flow. During this time, I had the privilege to observe and experience his good qualities in the workplace. No doubt he will be missed for his exceptional persona.

My deepest condolences too the Oberoi Family. Harman you were more like a younger brother to me then a friend and a co worker. We have lost a GEM, words can't describe what you meant to all of us. Whatever room you stepped into you would put a smile on everyone's faces, your smile was one of a kinda. I will cherish all of our memories, from working together, going to college on the weekends together and specially our talkes after work, where me, you, Usman, P.V and Jatinder would just talk forever over a cup a coffee. You were young back then, but it felt like you were older then me with all the advice you would give me. Even if I was having a bad day at work, you'd be like bro grind this one out for the family and your kids, tomorrow's a new day. You will always be in my prayers and thoughts......... Harm you were one of the sweetest people I have worked with at CTC, even on a bad day you made it better with your contagious smile and positive attitude. Till this day I will say you where the only person that every read my emails thoroughly and followed the instructions because you were just a very kind a respectful human being.
