Obituary of Dibyendu Ghosh
Please share a memory of Dibyendu to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
It is with great sadness that the family of Dibyendu Ghosh announce his passing on July 24, 2021. Dibyendu will be lovingly remembered by his wife Manjushree (Manju), daughter Shraboni (Soma), son-in-law Suntanu and granddaughter Ambika (Amu).
Dibyendu was a very well-known member of the GTA Bengali community, long-time member of PBCA (immigrating to Canada from India in 1969) and a former president of the original Prabasi. He was a drama director, actor and a community leader. In particular, it brought him great joy and pride to be the first director to include children in PCBA’s dance drama productions with the help of other community members.
Please be advised about the temporary limitation of funeral services in GTA, as per the following link: https://thebao.ca/registrars-directive-bao-additional-restrictions-for-bereavement-sector/
