Obituary of Errol Washington Brown

Errol Washington Brown, age 70, of Brampton Ontario, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday afternoon, September 28th, 2021. He succumbed following complications due to a stroke earlier in the year.
Errol was born in Kingston, Jamaica on April 20, 1951 to Samuel and Mavis Brown. He held a successful career as an Insurance Specialist, and later as a Systems Analyst. Errol was an integral member of the Jamaica Folksingers. In 1997 he moved with his family to Canada. Errol was an active member of the church, particularly as an enthusiastic choirmaster.
Errol is survived by his wife Maria Brown, along with his two daughters, Racquel (Dustin) Boreland, and Antoinette (Johann) Atterbury; four grandchildren, Gabriel, Raina, Joshua, and AnnaMaria; sisters Elaine Brown and Pearl Brown; and brothers Melvin Brown and Everton Brown. Errol was preceded in death by his parents and two siblings, Annette Daniel and Michael Brown.
Errol’s Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, October 12th at Humberlea Worship Centre. The viewing begins at 12 PM and is open to all. The service begins at 1PM with limited attendance by registration. It will be broadcasted online due to current Covid-19 restrictions (on YouTube). Flowers may be sent directly to Humberlea Worship Centre.
