For more information, please follow this link from the Bereavement Authority of Ontario https://thebao.ca/category/registrars-directives/ ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________ In Loving Memory Sedric Baboolall November 22, 1945 – December 17, 2021 The Life of Sedric Baboolall Sedric Baboolall was born on November 22, 1945 in the town of Port Mourant located in Corentyne, Berbice, Guyana to the late Isaac and Champar Baboolall. He was one of eight children. His journey ended and he went home to be with the Lord, Our Savior on December 17, 2021. Sedric attended St. Joseph’s Anglican Primary School and J.C. Chandisingh High School both located in Port Mourant. In 1963, at the age of 17, he moved to the United States to be educated and to help build a better future for himself and his siblings. Sedric began his journey as one of the first Guyanese to come to the United States, working as an Electronic engineer. Over the years, he started to build another career in the business/real estate industry as well. He was an intelligent and kindhearted man who would give anything to anyone and bring them into his home if needed. He moved to Canada in 1976 where he continued his mission, being kindhearted and helping others. Sedric loved going to the casino in his free time and loved to laugh and have fun. He was also very serious and passionate about education and lived his life ensuring that he motivated, encouraged, and supported anyone who pursued it. He strongly believed it was the key to living a successful life. He financially helped numerous families to start their lives in the United States and Canada. He was a man who placed others needs in front of his own. He will forever be remembered in our family as the one who started the journey from Guyana to the United States, and finally to Canada in order to give all future generations the gift of a better and secure life. We love you, our dear brother, for giving us our future. We are forever grateful to have been blessed by a man who cared so deeply for his family. Sedric is survived by his three sisters Premela, Sabita, Mohani, brother Nelson, and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and beloved friends such as Monti/Steve.
