To all those who are grieving, I wish my sincere and deepest condolences. Aunty Par for me was a cornerstone of our family. My earliest memories of her revolve around sitting with my mother as we made food the night before a Pooja. While I was quite young and the memories are fuzzy I do remember that life lessons were taught and laughs were had. Some of those moments have made me who I am today in terms of how we care for our family. The time that I spent cooking around these family events helped instill in me a passion for cooking and providing for my family. While I do remain generally absent especially during these challenging times (because raising a 2 & 4 year old isn't easy in a COVID world) I think about you often and wish nothing but the best for you. I treasure the value that came from knowing the Great Aunty Par and I can't help but wonder how she managed to raise 6 children. I never got a chance to know my grandfather for he passed away too young. It is through Aunty Par that I understand his spirit and his upbringing. They live on in me today and will live on in our children. With love, Alex Hutchinson & Family
