Obituary of Krishna D-Singh
Please share a memory of Krishna to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
August 11, 1941 Krishna “The Kid” D'Singh was born. Also known as Steve, he was born in St. Augustine, Trinidad. He enjoyed cricket and soccer and had a passion for reading. He always looked forward to learning new things.
As a teenager, the responsibility of running the family grocery store was placed upon him. Krishna did not take well to this as it did not coincide with his dream of becoming a dental surgeon. Life however, led him down a different path. He landed a job working for Shell Trade Ltd. Where he met the love of his life, Sally. He soon became a favourite in Sally’s family. In 1971 Krishna and Sally were married and moved to Canada to begin a new life together.
At the admirable age of 80, Krishna passed away quietly in his home. Beloved husband to Sally. Father to Selena, Ian, Rhea, and Susan. Grandfather to Jasmine, Celene, Celeste, Angiolina, Antonio, Shay, Shane, Mala, Danny, Lincoln, Maya, and Quinton Great grandfather to Aaliyah and Adelina.
