A great soul who touched many peoples lives by his presence and his offering of advice, compassion and dignity towards all.

While I didn't have the pleasure of personally knowing Pundit and the amazing individual that he was, I have been a very close friend of his only dearest son, Sanjeev, for 5+ years, and through his recounting of many a story and memory (cycling 72,000 miles across 50+ countries! and then some...), I feel as though Pundit was certainly a part of my life, be it indirectly, but still very meaningful. My sincere heart and deepest condolences go out to my dear dear friend, Sanjeev, to all the family and to all of those to whom he touched so deeply throughout his incredible lifetime. Gone far too soon and to be greatly missed.
