Karran Khumbkarran, 68
Our beloved Karran died on November 14, 2023 surrounded by family.
Karran was born March 2, 1955, in Cotton Tree Village, Guyana, to Cecil and Kedley a/k/a Silvin Raghunandan.
Karran's life would seem too short to many, but those who were touched by him understood the magnanimity of his character.
Karran could accomplish anything he set his mind to do, whether it was building kites, learning the make and model of airplanes or being the coolest and smartest grandpa.
His zen energy and ability to listen, to name a few of his traits will keep his memories for generations to come.
Karran immigrated to Canada in 1988 with his wife and daughters.
He served the City of Mississauga Transit for over 20 years as a Transit Supervisor.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Sita; daughters, Chandra and Seema; son-in-laws, Sebastian and Prin; grandchildren, Austin, Zane, Zeppelin, Zoey and Coffee (family dog); brothers, Paro and Devan and sisters, Ivy, Indranie, Pam and Sookrani; mother-in-law, Bissoondei a/k/a Sab; father-in-law, Dubar.
Karran was preceded in death by his brother, Ramo and Sister, Vivi.
