Pream Singh was born to Jasmat (Totwa) and Luchmonsing (Novar) on May 12, 1957, at Number 60 Village, Corentyne, Berbice, Guyana. On May 12, 2024, on his 67th birthday he died peacefully with his daughters by his side.
He was the youngest brother of the late Geena, Salina, Dad, Bodi (Scar) & Ramesh; surviving siblings Dalin, Michael (Bruda), Betty, Dalip, and Ray.
As a skilled carpenter he spent most of his time building things – whether to earn a living or gifts/favours to family and friends.
Pream migrated to Canada in his early twenties to join his older siblings. In June 1980, he married Devika, settled in Kitchener, Ontario where they raised their three daughters, Tina (Byron), Amanda and Camille (Chris). He was the proud grandfather to Kaydin, Mya & Ethan. He was a beloved uncle /great uncle to dozens of nieces and nephews and a loyal friend to many.
He was a man of great humility, humour, compassion, and a strong believer of his faith. He will live forever in the memories of those who were blessed to call him dad, grandpa, father-in-law, brother, uncle, and friend.
