It is said, ‘Mother is like a flower, each one beautiful and unique’. This is so true. ‘Aunty’ Rabbi as we all called her, is just one of those unique roses.
As one the older son in law, I have known her for many decades. Aunty Rabbi was a very devoted and loving mother ensuring her children get the best care and attention. I can say she did an extreme good job in raising and instilling good values in them.
Also, She was a very modest and humble individual, never bothered about the ‘flashiness’ and extravagance of life, her family was always paramount. She was an excellent mother, grandmother and highly respected person
I know my wife Farrah will miss her very much, especially for their long weekend chats catching up on her health, current issues and the general wellbeing of others.
As we say our final farewell to Aunty Rabbi, I wish to express my family’s sincere thanks for her kindness, love, invaluable and unforgettable impression made on us over these long years. We are so proud of you mom. May the almighty take you in his arms and grant you eternal peace.
I like to leave another saying “Those we love don’t go away. They walk beside us every day. Unseen, unheard, but always near, Still loved, still missed and forever dear.”
